How to Control Your Deer Run Q1 Walk Pad with Any 433mhz Remote: A Step-by-Step Guide

How to replace and program a lost remote for a Deer Run Q1 walk pad?
I have a Deer Run Q1 walk pad, which is a mini under-desk treadmill from a Chinese manufacturer. The walk pad can only be controlled by a remote, which I have misplaced. I tried to contact the manufacturer, but they did not respond. I found the FCC ID of the walk pad and the remote on their respective labels, and confirmed that they match the ones on the FCC website. The remote operates on a 433mhz frequency, according to the FCC information. I want to know if I can use a universal 433mhz remote from Amazon or another source to replace the original remote, and how to program it to work with the walk pad. I would appreciate any expert advice on this matter. Thank you.
